Peter Cho's dedication to advocating for the injured began early in his legal career. After working in other areas of law, he found his true calling when he transitioned to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Since then, he has leveraged his extensive litigation experience to secure optimal outcomes for his clients, ensuring they receive both the medical care they need and the compensation they deserve.

As the firm’s Supervising Pre-Litigation Attorney, Peter plays a vital role in the firm's success. He draws upon his expertise to guide cases from the very beginning, meticulously building a strong foundation for each client's claim. His dedication to thorough investigation and case preparation ensures the firm is well-equipped to fight for the rights of its clients from day one.

What initially sparked Peter’s goal of becoming an attorney was his interest in criminal law. However, during law school Peter became drawn to championing the rights of people injured wrongfully by others after he was struck by a taxi and left for dead. After honing his lawyering skills as a litigation attorney in high stakes and significant litigation for large corporations such as Microsoft, Warner Bros., and large pharma companies, he moved into personal injury law and never looked back.

Peter's dedication to continuous improvement is evident not only in his legal practice, but also in his personal pursuits. Fluent in English, he is actively learning Spanish and Korean in his free time. When he's not advocating for his clients or volunteering in the community, Peter enjoys coaching his sons in baseball and basketball. An avid science fiction and fantasy devotee, he indulges in books, movies, and episodic shows in his downtime. Additionally, he is a staunch Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Los Angeles Lakers fan.

Born in New York City, Peter primarily grew up in Palos Verdes, California, where he still resides with his family.
