Jon Winter is a dedicated trial attorney known for his unwavering commitment to justice and a passion for helping those in need. As the first attorney in his family, Jon's path to the legal profession was unique. Growing up in Southern New Jersey, he worked alongside his father, a carpenter, learning the value of hard work and integrity. Despite a background in manual labor, Jon's father always encouraged his children to follow an intellectual path. Jon's natural inclination towards debating and a love for reading and writing made the legal profession a natural fit for him.

Jon earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware majoring in business, before pursuing his Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School at Widener University. With over 14 years of experience in litigation and personal injury law, Jon has earned a reputation for his integrity, tenacity, and creative approach to developing winning strategies for his clients.

Outside of the courtroom, Jon actively supports charitable causes, including the March of Dimes and his local church. Fluent in English and with a speaking understanding of French, Jon is currently expanding his language skills by learning Spanish.

In his free time, Jon enjoys a variety of interests and hobbies, including physical fitness activities, traveling, road trips, camping, hiking, playing with his dog, participating in sports like darts and bowling, reading, writing, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.
