Danny M. Mr. Ledezma has been involved in cases resulting in more than $100 million in settlements, verdicts, arbitration awards, and recoveries for injured clients and their families. His work encompasses complex seven- and eight-figure matters involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, construction incidents, electrocution, product liability, and cases involving public entities.

Raised in Oxnard, California, a working-class agricultural community with a large Hispanic and Latino population, Mr. Ledezma’s background deeply shaped how he approaches the practice of law. He comes from a family whose story includes farm labor, immigration, and the challenges of adapting to life in the United States while speaking English as a second language. Those experiences gave him an early understanding of the challenges many working families face when they are forced to take on powerful corporations, insurance companies, and institutions.

Mr. Ledezma became an attorney to stand up for individuals and families who might otherwise feel underrepresented, overlooked, underestimated, or outmatched. Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Ledezma can communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and their families. Mr. Ledezma earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Vanguard University, where he was named to the Dean’s List and inducted into Delta Kappa, Vanguard University’s senior honor society recognizing students who embody the university’s core values of Truth, Virtue, and Service.

He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was inducted into The Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization recognizing excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing.

Outside of work, Mr. Ledezma enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, cooking and grilling, playing guitar, watching sports, and serving in his church community.
