Herber H. Ramirez is a trial attorney at The Dominguez Firm working in the fields of employment and labor law. In his role he focuses on helping clients who have had their rights violated by their employers. These include cases of discrimination, wage and hour, harassment and retaliation. Attorney Ramirez began working for The Dominguez Firm in 2014 in the workers’ compensation department. He then gained invaluable insight and hands-on experience in the employment law department, under the tutelage of fellow employment litigation attorney Jace Kim. He has successfully worked on depositions, mediations and strategy sessions for multiple complex cases.
Attorney Ramirez’ goal of becoming an attorney was born of his desire to defend the rights of underserved members of society. He has seen firsthand how workers face retaliation or risk being fired simply for attempting to exercise their rights. Helping ensure employees are treated with respect is extremely rewarding for him.
