Andrew Linares

Andrew Linares is a trial attorney at The Dominguez Firm specializing in personal injury cases. He also has extensive experience handling complex civil litigation cases including mass torts. This, coupled with his dedication to defending the rights of his clients make him a formidable advocate for those he represents.

Before becoming an attorney Andrew worked at several law firms to learn more about the legal process and how different practice areas operate. His interest in becoming a lawyer stemmed from his own background. Being that no one in his family had a college degree at the time, he worked hard to achieve just that. Andrew wanted to set a good example for his family and the community he came from.

Andrew’s background also includes having served at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego. He maintains his ties to the Marines by doing pro-bono work for the Veteran’s Legal Institute which serves the legal needs of low-income veterans throughout the U.S.

Born and raised in Orange County, specifically Santa Ana, Andrew graduated from UC Irvine with a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior. He then attended Rutgers University School of Law in New Jersey where he received his law degree before returning to the West Coast. He enjoys spending time with his daughter. He is a native Spanish speaker.
