Rene Gutierrez

Rene Gutierrez is an attorney in The Dominguez Firm’s pre-litigation department, where he guides clients through the initial stages of their personal injury cases. He works closely with individuals navigating the aftermath of accidents, ensuring they receive appropriate medical care and negotiating directly with insurance carriers to resolve claims efficiently.

A native of Los Angeles, Rene’s connection to the city and its diverse communities shapes his approach to advocacy. He chose a career in law out of a desire to tackle complex challenges and make a meaningful difference for people who need support the most. His commitment to service is reflected not only in his professional life but also in his charitable contributions to local animal shelters.

Rene earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. He is a member of both the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA).
