Richard Guzman

Richard Guzman is a dedicated litigation attorney in The Dominguez Firm's personal injury department, where he concentrates on motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases. He brings a unique blend of philosophical insight and practical legal experience to his work, always striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Born in Pasadena and raised in East Los Angeles, Richard has deep roots in the Southern California community. His decision to become an attorney was influenced by his family's respect for the legal profession and his own experiences volunteering at the Domestic Abuse Self-Help Center (DASH) at the Pomona Courthouse. There, he assisted victims of domestic abuse in obtaining restraining orders, an experience that solidified his commitment to advocating for all sectors of the community.

Richard's passion for justice extends beyond the courtroom. During his college years, he taught Moral Philosophy for the Prison Education Project. He also competed in the Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl. These experiences further fueled his desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
