Position: Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Department, and other departments (i.e.
Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Employment, Intake, and Administration) within the firm to fulfill marketing objectives and
goals on 360 campaigns across TV, Radio, Digital, Social, Outdoor and Search and maintain the brand’s reputation across all platforms.
Said candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) and be available to work at our main offices 5 days a week.

 Primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to meet with clients at our office for marketing insights
  • Maintain daily/weekly reporting for Traditional & Digital Media campaigns
  • Assist in creation of Ad Campaigns including research, storyboards, production, and execution to build brand/company
    awareness
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities & Competition
  • Promptly respond to reviews on all business review platforms, including working with platforms to remove negative reviews
    in violation of terms of use
  • Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
  • Monitor calls in English & Spanish to identify potential issues and provide updates/solutions
  • Drive engagement with social media influencers
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials
  • Resolve client issues and negative reviews through social media and review platforms
  • Provide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategists
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management and/or Team Leaders
  • General office duties

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: fluently read, write, and speak in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or related field preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
