This investigativeprocessbyCal-OSHAendsin a well-documented and fact intensive report that may also include witness statements and potential consequences for the employer.Thesereportsareoftenusefulindeterminingresponsibility forwork-relatedaccidents,andmaybehelpfulindetermining if a Serious and Willful and/or cross-over civil action potentially exists.
