Nathalie Meza Contreras joined The Dominguez Firm’s Employment Law team as an esteemed champion of employee rights. For more than sixteen years, Nathalie tirelessly fought for workers’ justice, including working as a union representative on behalf of employees. She brings that same passion and commitment to enforcing California’s labor and employment laws to The Dominguez Firm.

Nathalie honed her in-depth knowledge and spirited advocacy throughout her lifetime and during law school, where she served as president of the Labor and Employment Law Association. Her passion for employee rights earned her distinguished awards from the MLB Players Association as well as the competitive Wolverton Public Service Award. The culmination of Nathalie’s experience and skills provides aggrieved employees with a voice and the power to take on bad acting employers.
Nathalie graduated with a BA in Latin American Studies from UCLA and minored in both Political Science and Labor and Workplace Studies. She went on to earn her law degree from Southwestern Law School. Nathalie is fluent in Spanish and English and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section as well as the National Lawyers Guild’s Workers’ Rights Committee.
