Attorney Dominguez has frequently appeared on television and radio informing the public on the law and their rights. Through aggressive representation of injured clients, both in and out of court, his law firm has recovered more than $500 million in verdicts and settlements since 1987.
As a 10-year-old, Juan came to the U.S. as a Spanish-speaking immigrant with his family of eight. His parents’ exemplary work ethic enabled them to overcome grave disadvantages and financial hardships, while also providing their children with strong parental role models. All the Dominguez children graduated from college in the U.S.
Attorney Dominguez earned a Bachelor’s Degree in 1984 from California State University, Long Beach. He earned a Juris Doctor from top-ranked University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1987 and opened his law practice that same year.
Before entering law school, attorney Dominguez worked for several years at the emergency rooms in the major trauma centers at UCLA Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital in Lynwood, assisting the seriously injured. There he gained a keen insight into and a deep compassion for the gravely injured. This ingrained compassion for those in need is reflected not only in the thousands of injury cases he has championed, but also in the over 50 charitable causes he supports in the U.S. and abroad, including those for disadvantaged children, health issues, the homeless, and others.
Attorney Dominguez shares, “I have three ideals I follow: the dignity of the individual, excellence and service. I ask all my colleagues and staff to keep these in mind at all times”.
